 138 BEHOLDING LIBERTY!
The revolutionary momentum in the Peloponnese is now extended and unrestrained. Gradually it spreads to other areas of the enslaved Greek country, from Roumeli and Pelion, to the Hagion Oros (Saint Mount), Samos, the Cyclades and Crete.
Here, no particular scene but a general war scene is depicted. The ferocity of war is rendered in a very dynamic composition with a lot of figures fighting body to body and a lot of action in individual scenes. In the center a flag bearer with a cross stands out.
